I finally designed some new business cards, along with a new logo.
Top: front, bottom: back.
I'm just glad I had an excuse to draw more sandwiches.

Illustration Friday and Meat in a Tree

I'm posting this in Illustration Friday under the theme,"Return."

This illustration, entitled "Jailbird In My Treehouse" is based on a story idea I had about an escaped convict who awkwardly befriends a little chubby loner girl with glasses. She brings him plenty of the red meats that sustains a hardened criminal, and he, in return, provides interesting company and prison-inspired life lessons.

I'm picking up where I left off on the white trash theme I've been obsessed with over the years. Here it is again, revitalized in trading card form...a black and white sketch right now, and also an Illustration Friday submission for the topic: "shades."
